Oak extract is the most easiest way to get oak flavor and aroma in your wine. All you do is add a measured amount of the liquid to your wine, stir, and taste. Once it tastes oaky enough for your preference, you bottle it!

What it is: French oak chips extracted in a suspension of ethyl alcohol.
Use it just prior to bottling.
